YATS Library is a personalised reading experience where children build their own digital avatar, explore officially licensed stories, and unlock rewards โ all within a safe, parent-verified environment.

YATS Library is a mobile-first reading platform for children aged 4 and up. It combines the benefits of digital motivation with the depth and engagement only officially licensed storytelling can achieve โ rewarding every chapter read with stars, bookmarks and avatar upgrades.
Every chapter is from officially licensed IP โ your child reads authentic stories from the worlds and clubs they love.
Stories are crafted to improve vocabulary, comprehension, and reading fluency across age-appropriate levels.
Children earn stars, unlock collectible bookmarks, and level up their avatar as they read โ making every session feel rewarding.
Your child's unique digital avatar appears in every chapter โ their kit, skin, hair and name woven into the story.
Available in 12 languages so every child can read in the language they're most comfortable with.
Completely free to play with no advertising, no paywalls, and no surprise purchases. Ever.

Each chapter is a short, illustrated story โ typically 3โ7 minutes โ featuring your child's own avatar as a rising star. The narrative adapts to their chosen team, position, and name, making every read personal and exciting.
"Every chapter completed unlocks a collectible bookmark โ a piece of the story they can keep forever."

Bookmarks are your child's collectible reading trophies โ unique illustrated cards from the world of their favourite clubs. The more chapters they read, the bigger and rarer their collection becomes.

YATS Library is built with parents as equal partners. For children under 13, we operate a verified parental consent process that gives you complete oversight before your child gains full access to the platform.
Your child enters their first name, birthday, and builds their digital avatar. At this stage, no account is created and no data is permanently stored.
For children under 13, we ask for a parent or guardian's email address. The child cannot proceed without this step.
We send a clear, plain-English email explaining exactly what YATS Library is, what data we collect, and what your child can do. The email includes approve and decline links.
Clicking the approval link creates a verified parent account linked to your child. You gain a parent dashboard to manage their profile, monitor reading progress, and add multiple children.
Only after verified parental consent is confirmed does your child get full access to the reading experience. No consent = no access. Simple.
Once approved, you get your own parent account. Monitor your child's reading activity, manage profiles, add siblings, and see which chapters they've completed โ all in one place.

Every decision we've made in building YATS Library was made with a child's safety and anonymity at its core. We don't just comply with regulations โ we go further.
Children choose a public nickname โ their real name is never shown to other users. Only a first name is used inside their personalised story.
There are no public-facing child profiles. Friend connections are made by nickname only, and no personal information is ever surfaced to other users.
YATS Library has no chat, no DMs, and no user-generated content. Children can add friends and see their reading achievements, but cannot communicate directly.
All nicknames and text inputs are screened through an active blocked-word filter, with admin moderation tools to update it in real time.
We follow COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (UK/EU) guidelines for children's data. Parental consent is required and enforceable before any data is stored for under-13s.
Leaderboards show only nicknames. The focus is on personal progress โ your child's reading journey, not a competition with others.
